The high heat of the summer season is upon us. What a great time to visit our area and stay for awhile. Our great lake region has several ponds and six lakes, including Wononscopomuc, Washinee, and Washining–locally referred to as Lakeville Lake and the Twin Lakes. Fishing, swimming, boating, or just hanging at The Grove with a picnic along the shore is a great way to enjoy the day away.
